1. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE (MAS)

The GSA MAS (also known as the “GSA Schedule” or “Federal Supply Schedule”) is a long-term government-wide contract with commercial companies that includes millions of commercial products and services at previously negotiated prices.  The GSA MAS streamlines the entire acquisition process from “cradle to grave,” providing federal ordering activities with competitively awarded contracts without the procurement challenges often faced by scarce acquisition resources.

Through the GSA MAS, TextOre provides open-source intelligence (OSINT) and other geopolitical-, threat-, and risk-based products and services to DoD, Law Enforcement, and the Intelligence Community, with a deep concentration in Chinese and Russian OSINT.  Federal customers also have access to Zignal Labs’ Narrative Intelligence Cloud platform, which allows users to detect and mitigate narrative-borne threats and capitalize on narrative-borne opportunities – as they emerge in real time – identifying the specific topics, people, and networks that drive the lifecycle of the narrative.
