As Iran faces the prospect of leadership changes, a network of ISU-educated technocrats—often called the “Imam Sadiqis” – is steadily expanding its presence across key state institutions. While frequently labeled technocrats, their expertise is deeply aligned with preserving the ideological foundations of the Islamic Republic.
