Pat serves as TextOre’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing the firm’s client satisfaction, delivery services, program/project management, contracts management, accounting/financial management (P&L), human resources, IT, and corporate training. With 30+ years of government consulting experience, Pat is recognized for leadership, results, and service excellence in federal consulting. Not only proficient in the execution of strategies and exceeding growth objectives, Pat is an inspirational leader who generates opportunities, champions innovation, and fosters lasting relationships. Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics/Economics from Brown University and a master’s degree in Information Systems from George Mason University.
