TextOre Expert Speaks at People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Conference
Rick Gunnell, TextOre’s National Security Intelligence Program Director, presented at the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Conference at the University of Virginia’s Miller Center of Public Affairs. The conference was convened by the National Bureau of Asian Research and the China Strategic Focus Group at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Mr. Gunnell’s presentation was based on a forthcoming paper he co-authored with Dennis Blasko (Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army, Retired), one of our nation’s leading PLA subject matter experts. Mr. Gunnell and Mr. Blasko evaluated the PLA’s capabilities for effectively carrying out its assigned missions.
