TextOre Welcomes Dave Wiseman

TextOre is very pleased to welcome Colonel (Retired) David Wiseman as an Eastern European geopolitical and military expert. Dave is a former U.S. Army Military Intelligence and Eurasian Foreign Area Officer.  In his thirty years of military service, he was assigned to multiple overseas duty locations, including two combat tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom.  In recent years, he has worked as a Conventional Arms Control Inspector with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency – Europe, served as an Assistant Army Attaché to the Russian Federation, and spent three consecutive duty positions with the Defense Intelligence Agency as the Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché to Estonia, Kazakhstan, and Hungary.  He has a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the Ohio State University and is a graduate of the Program in Advanced Security Studies at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies.  His awards include the U.S. Army Legion of Merit, two Defense Superior Service Medals, the Bronze Star Medal, the Combat Action Badge, and the Parachutist Badge.  He currently resides in Pensacola, Florida with his family.
